cha\u00eene moto ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le <strong>rivettage<\/strong> (ou sertissage) permet de <strong>fermer solidement la cha\u00eene<\/strong> apr\u00e8s le montage du kit transmission.<br>Contrairement \u00e0 une attache rapide, un maillon rivet\u00e9 offre une <strong>r\u00e9sistance maximale<\/strong> et \u00e9vite tout risque d\u2019ouverture Positionner la cha\u00eene<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Placez la cha\u00eene neuve autour du <strong>pignon de sortie de bo\u00eete<\/strong> et de la <strong>couronne<\/strong>.<br>Amenez les deux extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s face \u00e0 face pour ins\u00e9rer le <strong>maillon de jonction<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Veillez \u00e0 :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>bien positionner les <strong>joints toriques (O-rings)<\/strong> sur chaque axe,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>graisser l\u00e9g\u00e8rement les axes avant insertion,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>et v\u00e9rifier que les plaques s\u2019enclenchent <strong>sans forcer<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous forcez pour mettre la plaque, c\u2019est que les joints ne sont pas bien align\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9tape 2 : Installer le rive-cha\u00eene<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Montez la <strong>plaque ext\u00e9rieure du maillon<\/strong> \u00e0 la main ou \u00e0 l\u2019aide du rive-cha\u00eene.<br>Placez ensuite l\u2019outil rive-cha\u00eene <strong>parfaitement centr\u00e9<\/strong> sur l\u2019un des rivets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tournez lentement la vis ou frapper selon l&#8217;outil pour <strong>\u00e9craser la t\u00eate du rivet<\/strong> :<br>cela forme une petite <strong>colerette (ou \u201cchampignon\u201d)<\/strong> qui verrouille la plaque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Objectif :<\/strong> \u00e9craser juste assez le rivet pour qu\u2019il tienne, sans bloquer la mobilit\u00e9 du maillon.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9tape 3 : Contr\u00f4ler l\u2019\u00e9crasement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois le rivet form\u00e9 :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>comparez la <strong>largeur entre plaques<\/strong> avec celle des autres maillons ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>assurez-vous que le maillon <strong>bouge librement<\/strong> sans point dur ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>si possible, mesurez l\u2019\u00e9crasement avec un <strong>pied \u00e0 coulisse<\/strong> (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement entre 5,5 et 5,8 mm selon le type de cha\u00eene).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Trop \u00e9cras\u00e9 = maillon rigide<br>Pas assez \u00e9cras\u00e9 = rivet pas assez solide<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prenez le temps de v\u00e9rifier des <strong>deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s du maillon<\/strong> pour un rivetage parfaitement sym\u00e9trique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Et si la cha\u00eene est \u00e9quip\u00e9e d\u2019une <strong>attache rapide<\/strong> ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Certaines cha\u00eenes neuves, notamment sur les motos petites cylindr\u00e9es ou tout-terrain, sont livr\u00e9es avec une <strong>attache rapide<\/strong> au lieu d\u2019un maillon \u00e0 rivet.<br>Dans ce cas, <strong>aucun rive-cha\u00eene n\u2019est n\u00e9cessaire<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure ext\u00e9rieure<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Positionnez le <strong>clip<\/strong> en respectant le sens de rotation de la roue (ouverture vers l\u2019arri\u00e8re).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Erreur courante :<\/strong> clip mont\u00e9 dans le mauvais sens = risque de le voir sauter en roulant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les bons r\u00e9flexes apr\u00e8s rivetage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois la cha\u00eene ferm\u00e9e :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>V\u00e9rifiez la <strong>libert\u00e9 de mouvement<\/strong> du maillon rivet\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nettoyez l\u2019exc\u00e9dent de graisse et les r\u00e9sidus m\u00e9talliques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contr\u00f4lez la <strong>tension de cha\u00eene<\/strong> selon les pr\u00e9conisations constructeur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apr\u00e8s 100 km, <strong>refaites un contr\u00f4le visuel<\/strong> du rivetage et de la
